Our office is usually open Monday afternoons, Wednesday all day, and Friday mornings. A receptionist is available to answer your calls weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 561.833.0882. For emergencies, we can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 561.833.0882 via the answering service.

Directions to office:
We are located in the Farris Building next to Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach. This is on the corner of Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. and Flagler Drive. From I-95, exit at Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. and head east to Flagler Drive, turn left (north). A short distance ahead (sign on left), turn left for the Farris Building. There is garage parking as well as a valet for your convenience.
